| Abstract | Anoplura collected from wild rodents, insectivores and canids in Pakistan are documented. Twenty-two species of lice were recovered as follows: Hoplopleura (8), Linognathoides (1). Neohaematopinus (1). Polyplax (12). At least 14 of these species are recorded from Pakistan for the first time and some significant range extensions are established.
